This is my 2nd time in Michaelshof, after 3 months, I decided to come back to learn new things & discover my hiding skills until now I'm not believing that I'm working as a waiter in Michaelshof Cafe, that's helping me to improve my german while taking orders. This place is amazing if you want to work in different kinds of jobs this is your area, you don't need to be an expert you will learn in a couple of days. This community is really super big, the volunteers are coming all over the world, friendly people, I feel home. I'm still here for a couple of months. مع السلامة معكم أسامة من المغرب

Man Oh Man. Ousssama arrived just before the Corona pandemic shifted the world. He is still here with us, and he is a wonderful piece of teh temporary community we have built here. He is easy going, very interested in all of the people here, brings a great energy, he's self-motivated, and works really well with the everyone. He is great to have around now, and I have zero doubts that our normal exchange would have benefited from having him here. He will always be a part of the Coconat story.

I'm really grateful to be part of COCONAT! It's one of the best experiences I had in my life and I'm still here stuck with this amazing Quaran-Team because of CORONA I couldn't fly back home. Fortunately, I'm always lucky to meet good People; Julianne and Janosch the owners let me stay with them until I can go home, they're so kind, treat me like family and always asking me if I'm fine! I’m spending a good time in COCONAT, we still work to not be bored like cooking, cleaning, working in the garden, sanding & painting the windows, chatting with the Quaran-team. Oussama is a very open and helpful volunteer, after just a few days here at the Michaelshof he had settled in well and connected to many other volunteers. He showed a vivid interest in all work areas of our community and actively helped everywhere. We particularly liked that he is really open to getting to know new work and to do all the work as well in the house without any question. We look forward to seeing you again in summer!

I’m Oussama Zaoujal from Tangier, Morocco and currently in Germany doing voluntary work exchange in a big community called Michaelshof sammatz. I'm going to share with you my experience during my volunteer work and what kinds of jobs you can do, skills you get after a few days without needing to be an expert. Through my blogs I want to show the daily life of this international community of 200 people from all over the world.
