Christelle

Christelle ist eine sehr positive Person und hat alle ihre Aufgaben mit Feingefühl und Leichtigkeit erledigt. Sie war eine große Bereicherung für das Team und hat die ganze Zeit 100 Prozent gegeben. Sie ist auch in allem, was sie tut, effizient, und wir empfehlen sie sehr.

Overall, I personally enjoyed my 2 weeks at the hotel. I wouldn't say it was the best volunteering experience I had, but it wasn't the worst either. The location is a bit far out and inconvenient if you're on a tight budget; it would've been better if we had at least 2 meals included, but the rooms were nice as well as the facilities. Darren and Anthony (the managers) are very special people and pretty much the reason this experience was so memorable. The tasks were relatively simple (breakfast duty and general help) but it did lack organisation and structure. Thank you!

Christelle war nicht nur eine Freiwillige, sondern sie hat auch häufig viele Aufgaben übernommen. Wir sind wirklich dankbar für ihre Sorgfalt und Ordnung. Sie erledigte ihre Aufgaben sehr schnell und nahm zusätzlich die Arbeit, die wir ihr häufig zuwiesen, mit Anmut an. Wir waren beeindruckt von ihrer Wärme und Koordination, und wir wussten, dass sie Dinge bewältigen konnte. Liebe Christelle, es war eine Freude, mit dir zu arbeiten. Wir brauchen Mitarbeiter mit deinen Fähigkeiten, und es ist wahrscheinlich, dass wir dich offiziell auf unserem Grundstück für die kommende Saison willkommen heißen.

Wow.. another wonderful experience with Worldpackers. This experience was the first that was actually "serious", with a contract, fixed hours (11-3pm), a schedule, and responsibilities. I love having different types of experiences and this one was definitely one of the most memorable. I was in a dorm of 9 people total (mixed guests and volunteers) but it was super comfy and I got the rest I needed. The team was great, the long term guests are amazing, and all the travellers I met were wonderful. I actually might even "move" to Slovenia after this experience, it was that magical! Thank you!

Eine Rezension über die wunderbare Christelle. Sie scheint Freiwilligenarbeit und Reisen zu lieben. Christelle ist voller Energie und munter; vielleicht ist es das Yoga. Sie kann anderen genauso unterrichten wie selbst arbeiten. Sie hat eine künstlerische Sicht auf die Welt und kann sie auf Wände und Menschen übertragen. Ich denke, sie hat SnowBunnys genossen, und wir würden uns freuen, Christelle wiederzusehen. P.S.: Sie sieht gut in Yoga-Hosen aus, genau wie ich :)

That special time where you have to write a review.. that you know every single future volunteer will read :) First of all i'd like to thank Dave for the wonderful 2 weeks I spent in Kitzbuhel. Dave is one of those people that you will probably never forget (or remember) throughout your life. This whole experience can be very insightful and you can learn A LOT.... if you want to. If you're more the type to want fixed hours and need to be told exactly what to do - this is not for you. Be adaptable, flexible, have a sense of humour, be up for adventure, avoid meat, and... bring a towel ;)
