Fatora English Project
We are very community-driven and really want to give back. The children are incredibly welcoming, and you will have plenty of fun with them!
In additio,n you get the opportunity to experience a very local Indonesian life by staying within the community and participating in community events.
I have been teaching for 15 years, and I am an active participant in helping the local community. If you choose to volunteer with us, you will stay with Soni (Papa Soni to the children), who is incredibly welcoming and will make you feel at home and ilike you are one of the family.

I spent three weeks there and had a really positive experience. The program is very relaxed, with only about 6 hours of work per week. Iwan, Sunny, and Ester are always there to help and make sure volunteers enjoy their stay while discovering the local area, beautiful landscapes, and fun activities. Teaching English to the children is rewarding, as they are friendly and eager to participate. Supporting children with disabilities is also meaningful and important. If you're looking for a chill place to volunteer, surf, fish, and explore while making a positive impact, this is a great choice !

This was a great volunteer experience. Iwan, Soni and Ester really welcomed us into their home and the local community. The hours and location are great. The children are very sweet and very keen to practice and improve their English. One of my favourite volunteering experiences I've done and I will be back when I can! Would recommend this to anyone!!!
