GLOCAL TOWN
Because this is not just accommodation or volunteering — it is a chance to become part of a real multicultural community in Korea.
At Glocal Town, travelers experience a side of Korea that most tourists never see. Instead of crowded tourist areas, you will live in a local Korean town where people from over 63 countries already live together. You will share meals, stories, cultures, and daily life with local residents, Korean youth.
★ This experience is ideal for travelers who

This is a place where travelers become creators, friends, and part of the community.
Glocal Town is a multicultural community project based in Eumseong, South Korea. Our team includes Korean locals, international residents, creators, and community organizers who believe in cultural exchange and human connection.
We are not a company focused only on work productivity. We care about relationships, communication, creativity, and shared experiences. Many of our activities involve culture shows, storytelling, local exploration, community dinners, and collaborative projects.
Volunteers will be treated as community members, not workers. We value respect, open communication, and mutual understanding. We try to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where everyone feels included regardless of nationality, language, or background.
Our team is friendly, flexible, and supportive. We understand that every traveler has different experiences and personalities, so we focus on creating a positive and respectful atmosphere.
★ Volunteers can expect
Friendly guidance and communication
Respect for personal space and culture
Flexible and community-oriented activities
Opportunities to share ideas and creativity
A safe and welcoming local environment
Genuine interaction with local people
We hope volunteers leave not only with travel memories, but with real friendships and meaningful experiences in Korea.
