Instituto Passo a Passo
You will be received with love and care by our team, animals and nature. Being a volunteer at the Instituto Passo a Passo is much more than helping a place. It is being in service of something higher. Our main purpose is to contribute to human evolution. You will receive a lot by giving, you will grow and look at the world with diferent eyes. It is an unique experience that will stay within you forever. Transforming life starting by your own.
We are a team of 34 employees and 40 volunteers through the month. Everyone is diferent but everyone has the same purpose: human evolution through the movements of the horse and nature. You will be treated with respect and care. What is important, is that you will need to go along with our rules about drinking and smoking outside of the Institute and outside working hours. We work with vulnerable people and we are here to inspire what we believe in. You will have the opportunity to show your talent and habilities to us, always open to learn and discover. You will learn a lot of stuff about horses, how the centre of Equine Assisted Therapy runs and as foreigner in Brazil, you will learn a lot about yourself, about the brazilian culture, you will learn portuguese :) This is gonna be amazing.

We loved our experience at the organization. The entire team of workers is very welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoyed participating in the daily tasks and learning more about equine therapy. It's a fantastic volunteer opportunity for anyone who wants to get involved in social work, and also for those who love horses or want to learn more about them! I will definitely return on my next trip to Brazil.

Incroyable expérience à l'institut l'organisation. J'ai trouvé beaucoup d'humanité et de gentillesse de la part de toutes l'équipe du centre et des autres volontaires. l'organisation est un super endroit pour se connecter à la nature, aux animaux, et à son âme d'enfant. Les installations pour accueillir les volontaires sont très propres et confortables, et la nourriture est un délice. Le travail a été assez intense, mais toujours dans la bonne humeur, et Stéphanie prend soin de ménager des plages de repos et se préoccupe toujours du bien être des volontaires. Un grand grand merci pour l'accueil

It was my best experience so far. First of all, I was greeted like a family. Everything feels like family here. People are so nice and warm hearted. Second of all, the work is amazing. Tasks are super different and flexible. You can literally do whatever you have interest in. There was also so many events happening and you can participate. And third, the place itself is like a paradise. The conditions of living are good but the main thing is the nature. All green, sustainable, there are so many animals. Horses are also cute and friendly. Loved it so much! Thank you ❤️🙏🏻

A organização é um local extremamente acolhedor, desde o primeiro momento que entrei em contato até o momento da minha chegada. Sinto um ambiente familiar, trabalho engajado de toda a equipe, sempre disposta a compartilhar os conhecimentos conosco e paciente em passar as tarefas diárias e rotina dos cavalos. Aprendi muito sobre a dinâmica com os cavalos e também do mundo da Equoterapia, mas além disso, aprendi valores que vou levar para a vida. Sou muito grata a oportunidade de participar desse projeto e poder colaborar com essa linda causa social. Voltarei com certeza

Desde a sua chegada, Juliana se mostrou muito participativa em todas as tarefas. A sua experiencia profisional permitui a juliana de contribuir ativamente no dia a dia da instituição. As crianças amaram ela e com certeza ela deixou muito amor ai. Seu amigo cachorro Falcão foi uma benção em nosso quintal.
