Plamea Hvar
Freiwilligenarbeit bei Plamea bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich mit der ursprünglichen Natur der Bucht Tvrdni Dolac und Gdinj auf der Insel Hvar zu verbinden, während man nachhaltige Praktiken wie Permakultur, Zero-Waste-Strategien, Kompostierung und Solarenergie erlernt. Sie werden wertvolle Einblicke in regenerativ Landwirtschaft und den Anbau einheimischer Heilpflanzen gewinnen. Darüber hinaus nehmen Sie an verschiedenen Workshops teil, verbessern Ihre Fähigkeiten und genießen authentische Erlebnisse – alles in einer ruhigen und entspannenden Umgebung.
Bei Plamea sorgt unser engagiertes Personal für eine einladende und bereichernde Erfahrung für Freiwillige. Geleitet von Jelena, einer erfahrenen Tourismusexpertin, die Geschäftsentwicklung und Gästebetreuung übernimmt, und unterstützt von Zoran, dem Haupt-Allround-Handwerker und einem entspannten Typen, sorgt unser Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Freiwillige werden wie Familie behandelt, erhalten eine komfortable Unterkunft und Mahlzeiten aus unserem Garten. Wir bieten eine unterstützende Umgebung, in der Freiwillige lernen, sinnvoll beitragen und wertvolle Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im nachhaltigen Leben gewinnen können.

I'd like a lot the project which Jelena and Zoran are following and it was nice to be a part of it. The accommodation was amazing, because of the direct sea view and the beautiful, beautiful nature, which we were living in. I learned some new things, like mixing concrete and building a wall out of stones directly from the nature and to make a fire at a fireplace as well. Jelena cooked some amazing meals, which were so, so delicious and she was baking nearly every day fresh bred, which I enjoyed a lot. They also showed us the highest place of the island which was very impressive. Try it (:

The experience at Jelena and Zoran's place was amazing. We had our own guesthouse that we shared with one other volunteer and the view was just perfect. The work we did was nice but the weather didn't always allow us to work trough since we were working outside building a stonewall. All in all I liked it very much and I would recommend that to others also.

Je Lena and Zoran are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts. They really care about the volunteers and it becomes more of a family dynamic. Their property is absolutely beautiful and you learn so much! I loved my time here.

An experience I will never forget & friends for a lifetime. I'm so happy I applied for this. Jelena and Zoran made me feel truly welcomed and accepted. As they say themselves, house chooses the people, and I really believe it does, as everything felt like it was meant to be. And as for volunteering, I learned a lot, but also discovered how much more I need to learn. I learned a bunch of Croatian words, enjoyed incredible landscapes, tried different types of work, connected both to SMM and gardening, and had more than enough time to relax. Thank you! What an experience! Full of emotions, sharing, and wonderful moments. Here, I've experienced a simple life, connected to my environment, living in the present, here and now. Thank you for everything, truly for everything. Jelena and Zoran welcomed me as a full member of their family, sharing their remarkable hospitality. I've made true friends, and I feel enriched by this experience. This is surely only the beginning of something big, and we will see each other again very soon!
