We are a small Team:
1 Host and 1 Institute Manager
and we work by project demands, it means we have a lot of taksforces, hands on with our community of members, friends, neighbors.

We Live in a coliving, so we share all responsibilities and everyone has the same horizontal role in taking care of our place, help cleaning and mantaining shared spaces and engage with every activities (as much as you fell like!)

Minha experiência no co-living em Campinas foi super especial. A Thais, o Vlad e o Levin me receberam muito bem, e me senti em casa logo no início. Apesar de no começo eu ter ficado um pouco sozinha, fui me adaptando rápido. A troca foi diferente, mais voltada pra um projeto, mas a Thais me deu bastante liberdade e apoio. A convivência foi leve, com muitas jantinhas e boas conversas. Foi um mês que realmente me fez sentir em casa, uma experiência que vou levar com muito carinho.

This project was truly an amazing experience. The host, Thais, and the project itself are both inspiring. I felt genuinely motivated to contribute because the purpose behind it — reconnecting with nature and promoting a conscious, sustainable way of living — is real and impactful. The schedule was always respected, tasks were fair, and I had enough time for personal projects. There were also great opportunities for extra activities — warm, meaningful moments shared with wonderful people. I'm deeply grateful for the time I spent here and recommend this experience to anyone

La experiencia en Social Lab fue increíble. Tuvimos la oportunidad de aportar con nuestras ideas, iniciativas y experiencia a un proyecto que tendrá impacto real en la comunidad. Thais nos hizo sentir como en casa y es una muy buena anfitriona. Conectamos con una comunidad muy linda, aprendimos más sobre ecovilas y agrofloresta y quedamos encantados de haber escogido sociallab como nuestro primer voluntariado. Recomiendo 100% esta experiencia, es un espacio de aporte y aprendizaje que te da espacio para conocer la ciudad

Thai is not only an excellent host but also an incredible person and a great friend. She embodies kindness, warm, trustworthy, and always willing to listen. At the same time is responsible, creative, and highly skilled at managing social projects. During my experience, I connected deeply with the ecosystem and rediscovered my ability to help and share with other people. I learned, grew, and gained a new perspective on sustainability. Meu tempo no coliving foi curto mas gratificante. A Thaís e a Vivi são ótimas companhias e companheiras! O lugar é tranquilo, eu entreguei um projeto e pude fazer no meu tempo. Foi um prazer conhecer essas duas fadas da natureza e me senti como se estivesse em casa. Pra quem gosta de tranquilidade, é o lugar perfeito! Para quem gosta de vida agitada, também! Há vários lugares diferentes por perto. Adorei conhecer o forró com elas! Minha experiência foi cheia de respeito, conexão e carinho! Levo as duas no meu coração ♥️
