I was lucky that when my first volunteering opportunity was canceled, the inn Hanoi welcomed me. I learned new skills through basic maintenance tasks and identifying repairs, which was a great experience. Thank you, Chau and Gonso, for the opportunity and trust, and thanks to the cleaning and kitchen teams for being so kind. The hostel is well located, offers three delicious meals a day, and has very comfortable accommodation. I highly recommend this experience!

Great experience! I recommend arriving and waiting a few days to understand how things work and to get to know the Vietnamese staff; they are kind Hanoi: free time, super relaxed. I was at the bar and there weren't many customers (they let me choose between washing dishes or working the bar). Cat Ba: the job was dance and drink free beer, or just stay at the new bar (they'd let you do other tasks if you asked). The sea was right nearby. The room a little hot when the AC off. They give me really good vegan food. Thank you the inn team and Chau (Hanoi manager)! Hugs!

Volunteering at the inn is one of the best experiences you can have during your stay in Hanoi. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and treated me like family, so I felt right at home. The work schedules are super flexible, the food is delicious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am pleased to provide this evaluation for Ciera, who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment throughout her volunteer service. She consistently performed her duties with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. She was always punctual, reliable, and willing to take on additional tasks whenever needed. Her ability to communicate effectively with team members, guests, and participants greatly contributed to the success of our activities

A nice, chill hostel with wonderful guests and beautiful nature just around the corner! What's needed to be said is that you won't be able to really bond with the staff, since they don't speak english or basic english. Thats why sometimes there were misunderstandings or general lacking clarity. Nevertheless I felt very welcomed and everyone was always very kind, which in the end counts the most:)
