I had a lovely experience volunteering at the hostel in Sofia. The host and manager were friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. The tasks were manageable, and we had plenty of flexibility during the low season. When we had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected family situation, the host was very understanding and supportive! I would definitely recommend this place to travellers looking for a relaxed and friendly environment!!

We had a great experience at the hostel. The host and manager were very kind, easygoing and easy to deal with, and the working hours were relaxed. As it was low season, there was not much to do, and they gave us plenty of freedom when there was nothing to work on. We had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected family situation, and the host was very supportive, understanding and compassionate. He also helped with some food, which was very useful. We definitely recommend this place for travellers looking for a quiet stay and time for personal projects.

If you like calm and slow environment with lots of natural and relaxed work them come to this hostel in Sofia. It's very central close to central station only by two metro station to Han Kubrat. Two orange one female name Mika and the other male Dex-star will greet you and snuggle with you and play. Both are very social and excited. Shifts are very simple and easy to do during volunteer work

I absolutely recommend volunteering at the hostel!!! It was my first Worldpackers experience and they had very clear schedule and responsibilities. The tasks aren't too difficult and most of the shift is watching over reception. They are flexible with the schedule and give you 2 days off in a row, so I was able to visit nearby cities like Plovdiv and Thessaloniki on my time off. There are a couple other volunteers at the same time, so it's easy to make friends and feel at home! The accommodation is comfortable with a private room for volunteers, nice spacious bathroom, and equipped kitchen.

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience! The manager is incredibly kind and caring and helps whenever needed (thank you <3) They respect the work schedule. I appreciated the clear and good communication and flexibility. The hostel is quite calm and peaceful place, it feels just like visiting your grandparents. I felt like home here and would return anytime. The location a bit further from the centrum was perfect for having more chilled stay, and the surrounding neighbourhoods were interesting to explore. Overall would recommend!
