✅ Working Structure We work 30 hours per week (around 5 hours per day) with a rotational shift system. Punctuality and responsibility are essential, especially during check-in and check-out hours. ✅ Responsibilities Your main focus is welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and supporting daily operations. Clear communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are very important.

A nice, social hostel to stay at and volunteer in! The tasks were easy to follow, and the other volunteers were great. It's a good place to meet people and make new friends.

I had an amazing time at the coliving! Mert is the best host—he always respects the volunteers and makes sure we have everything we need. The schedule is clear yet incredibly flexible, so I had plenty of time to travel around without any pressure. The hostel is clean, and having the metro station right outside made getting around so convenient. Best of all, I met so many kind and diverse guests here, shared delicious meals, and made unforgettable memories. If you're volunteering in Istanbul, I highly recommend this place!

My time at the coliving was incredible. The hostel's facilities are great for long stays, and I made amazing friends during my experience who I will definitely miss and keep in touch with. The work is very relaxed and flexible; I work remotely as a lawyer, and Mert always considered my other job's schedule for the shifts. The hostel is a bit far from the tourist attractions, but it's very close to the bus stop and metro station so you can get where you need to go. It was definitely my best volunteer experience so far, and I can't wait to go back. Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing experience volunteering through Worldpackers. I truly loved the hostel — the atmosphere was welcoming, the team was friendly and supportive, and I felt at home from the very beginning. The tasks were well-organized and fair, and I always knew what was expected of me. In return, I had the opportunity to meet incredible people from all over the world, improve my communication skills, and grow both personally and professionally. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of good energy. It's the kind of place where you create unforgettable memories.
