I had the best time volunteering at the hostel The host is very kind, and you can really see that he cares about the volunteers. He always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and included. The other staff members are also incredibly kind and explain the tasks very well. The tasks were well communicated, and the working hours were respected. Even though I came during the busiest weeks, we often finished in under 5 hours. You can socialize with the guests and the other volunteers. I met a lot of nice people! If you are looking for a chill place with positive vibes this is perfect

I loved this experience with all my heart. The hostel is very clean, and the team leaders were super kind and respected our working hours. Gustavo was always friendly and helpful, constantly making sure both volunteers and guests felt comfortable. I fell in love with the hostel, the people, and the city. After two months, it truly felt like home. Coming to the hostel was one of the best decisions I could have made, and I would do it all over again!

My 2-month experience at the hostel has been amazing. The host and his team are super friendly and always ready to help with anything. I worked as a bartender, which was a straightforward job, though you still needed to make sure everything was done correctly. The facilities are fantastic and you are right in the heart of the city center, so you really couldn't ask for more! An overall 10/10 💪

This was my first volunteer experience, I found a clean, welcoming, and respectful environment where I felt comfortable from the very beginning. The experience taught me a lot and helped me grow, especially from a social perspective. The working hours were always respected, which I really appreciated. Some tasks could be a bit challenging at times, but overall Gustavo and his team were always respectful, supportive, and fair towards the volunteers. I had the chance to meet amazing people from all over the world. I wish the hostel all the best for the future 💛

My volunteering experience was truly exceptional. The host provides an ideal environment to practice English, enjoy meaningful leisure time, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. While the tasks are physically demanding, the host strictly respects the agreed-upon working hours, ensuring a balanced workload. Another major highlight is the standard of cleanliness, as the facilities are kept impeccably clean throughout the stay. Lastly, the location is stunning—surrounded by lush greenery and perfectly suited for exploring by bicycle.
