A volunteer position with us will give you a unique insight into the life, sights, and local culture of the Santander and San Gil area. You will be part of a small team, managed by a Bucaramanga local, with over ten years of experience guiding different adventure tours all around Colombia. You will also have access to our fleet of scooters and motorcycles, which will give you a unique opportunity to explore the area completely independently, and access to areas that are not serviced by public transport.
Volunteers with us can expect to have a relaxed working environment and a lot of flexibility around working hours. Our office manager is completely bilingual (native Spanish and native English) and loves to share Colombia's culture with visitors from all over the world. You will likely be invited to different social events and parties both in the local tourism industry at hostels etc, as well as at different local events. We want not only somebody who will help us grow our new project, but also be a friend for the time they share wth us in San Gil!
