We would love to give you a nice countryside experience at our little paradise B&B that we’re starting. Enjoy the silence, birds, and pure air, away from busy Málaga but still at a 50 min busride away, so you can enjoy both.
We would love that everything flows, and that everyone feels at home here! If something doesn´t feel right with us or other volunteers we would love that everyone´s open so we can solve issues together. Communication is key!

Carljin y Agustin están con muchas cosas, aún así se dan el tiempo para escucharte y responder positivamente a necesidades, sugerencias o inquietudes, o incluso para generar espacios de interacción y diversión entre todos.
Las horas a trabajar se respetaron, y agradezco que hayan sido muy flexibles. Si necesitaba trabajar en horarios distintos, o trabajar más horas para tener libre algún día en particular lo aceptaban sin problemas.
La naturaleza y tranquilidad encontrada es ideal para desconectar del stress.

I had a very good time at Andes el Grande! Carlijn and Agustin are very warm and welcoming people and really try to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible.
The tasks may vary from day to day, depending on what needs to be done. Usually the work starts around 10 am, but it is possible to be a little more flexible, you just need to communicate properly. The Andes el Grande is located in a beautiful countryside, but this also means you need to take the bus to the next city (Alhaurín el Grande) and you won't be able to come and go as you wish, since you're pending on the bus times.

My time at Andel el Grande was very pleasant. Carlijn and Augustin are attentive and try to make the volunteers feel at home. They live with their 3-year-old son, a cheerful child. The work was easy, about 3/4 hours a day and usually different. The place is quiet, and it is great to be in contact with the nature, and it is possible to reach the city of Malaga in about 40 minutes. They were flexible about adjusting schedules with the volunteers. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, and that was not a problem to them. I recommend the experience. Thank you guys!

Este lugar se encuentra a 1 hora de Málaga en bus y 3 kilómetros del pueblo más cercano. Es agradable despertar en este entorno y trabajar en las tareas que te indican ese mismo día, las cuales no suelen ser pesadas. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de estar en contacto con otras 4 personas, con las que compartimos un baño y una cocina. Coincidimos con ellas a cada rato en estas áreas y nos llevamos buenas amistades. Por otro lado, puedes hacer uso de los amplios espacios y del Internet de tu móvil si no te es suficiente con el de la casa para trabajar en tus proyectos.
Una experiencia a recordar.
