My experience at Boa Vida was transformational! The connections I made will last a lifetime and the memories of course too. I hope to return as soon as possible. This place is really special ❤️ I was so sad to leave!! Thank you boa vida🌴🌊 and all the incredible people I met too. I can’t wait to come back!

The people at Boa Vida were so lovely, everyone was welcoming and very accepting. This place is very isolated, so it is perfect if you just want to unwind, although due to the Hostel being a social club you are never alone if you don't want to be, there are people around and you really connect with the locals.
I recommend getting a bike if you are going to be at this place for a little while as the closest beach is 30 minutes' walk (hitch-hiking is perfectly safe though).
The manager was very as i had to shorten my stay due to travel plans changing and me having to leave Europe.

My experience in Boavida Social club was my first Worldpackers experience. Overall it was a positive experience: the other volunteers and all crew members were nice and helpful, an amazing “melting pot” of people from all over the world. The amount of work was good and the tasks are not hard, it’s mainly about cleaning dorms, beds and common aereas. I had a lot of free time to enjoy beaches (which are good spots to surf and not far away from the hostel).
I enjoyed every second here, in Boavida the atmosphere is magical, a lot of good vibes and good people! Thank you

Boa Vida is a place out of time and space, lives in his own microuniverse and when you get into it you're kind of swallowed in this magic bubble. in a Month that I spent there every week we were improving, making the place look nicer, helping each other, cook together, deep diving in his vibes and enjoying this unique part of the world. Volunteers and workers are all of them the best, looking to come back soon!

It was my first experience and it went beyond my expectations. A little bit confused at the beginning because most of the old staff quitted but in really few days I felt this place like home and the people like family. It gave me a lot of magic moments and new emotions. The work was super fair and you can have a lot of free time to enjoy all the nature that surrounds you :) Thanks for having me!
