Boat Party Split
We are Croatia's best party boat and we would love to welcome you to the team! Our team is made up of young and fun travellers from all over the world. Working alongside our 2 hostels we are able to offer tourism expertise and the chance to meet even more like-minded individuals. We combine boat life with nightlife and daytime adventures on top of that! We'll go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible experience!
Starting with myself... I'm a travel lover from Canada who's constantly just trying to escape the cold and that's how I found myself in sunny Split! The rest of our team is made up of both local Split experts as well as other young travellers like myself from all over the world. We each bring something unique to the table. Whether that's 10 + years in the tourism industry, water sport enthusiasts, self proclaimed fun gurus, or Split know-it-alls. We combine all our skills to meet our number 1 priority of making sure all our volunteers get to have the experience of a lifetime!

I came in the off season so I didn’t have too much to do but we walked around town talking to tourists and finding different ways to see if they would be open to the boat party. We did this a few days of the week and then went on the boat and got free drinks and to hang out. We also helped clean up and pass out shots. Overall, I met the greatest group of people and this has truly been one of the best experiences of my life. My only note is that communication could be a bit better, I felt like it wasn’t legit for a while. However, it was legit and amazing.

I had such an amazing time volunteering with Boat Party Split! The work is very simple and the boat days are definitely the highlight of the job. If you are extroverted and like to party, this is the place for you! Hannah and Marco were great hosts. By the end of the month, our team was a little family. It was an experience I’ll never forget!

Pros: My experience with Boat Party Split was so much fun, and I loved Split very much. The job didn’t really feel like a job at all, and I was never alone. The best part was meeting all the people, especially the other volunteers.
Cons: We got bed bugs. I would have been happy with the accommodation if it weren’t for that. The company treated the apartment with poison after we found out, but I would have preferred a new place for the rest of the stay. Also, the communication was inadequate—lots of unspoken things, and during the first week, we didn’t even get a schedule.

For anyone applying in 2025: our accommodation has changed, we now have a new house.
The reason we don’t schedule that first week is so we have the flexibility to accommodate peoples needs (ie. delayed flights, jet lag, etc.)

My experience in boat party split was incredible, I really reccomend it for someone who wants to have an incredible month full of partying and having fun. You definitely have to like partying, but if you do you're in the right place!! the hours for social media manager are not bad at all and you get to be on the boat twice or 3 times a week and there is so much fun. There are also many others volounteers so it's super easy to make friends who become like a family.
