For example; Cleaning jun 15th-jul 15th or 2 People cooking/handyman july 1st-agost 1st Please Note: We require a minimum of a month commitment as any less time than this is not beneficial for us or you. We are looking for May and onward and need the following positions filled (1) volunteers to help with the daily cleaning (1) cooking family meals (1) handyman repairs (1) painting walls * (2) reception All of the positions apart from the cleaning will not always be very busy and you will be required to help the other volunteers with additional tasks within the hostel. We start out by training all our staff how to clean the house so they can help out when other staff have days off etc. *all staff will be required to do the daily cleaning at some stage during their time with us* *** We sometimes also need builders, plumbers, electricians, handymen, For a cooking position we would prefer international cuisine, especially american, Indian, thai, mexican. I'm a backpacker that has been backpacking through 12 countries for the last 10 years i have my first hostel in Tulum and now im in Bacalar with Casa Lahar looking It was my dream to open the best hostel.
