Casa Moreno Hostel

We have the passion to only provide the best customer service we can. We love what we do, and that is why we are one of the best in this and also the place has a beautiful colonial facade with balcony, terrace, hammock area and a small tropical garden.

We are kind people and eager to help the traveler. They will be treated as part of the family and always attentive so that their stay is the best. We have an environment of non-discrimination. We need volunteers with some or other of these skills: Photography, design, maketing, party, kitchen, bar ... that is friendly and helpful

I had an amazing time at Casa Moreno! I felt more than welcomed, the hardest part was having to leave. It’s a great place with great people on an amazing island! Yasser and the rest of the crew were very helpful :) I can’t wait to go there again to visit them

Yasser was a great host who has great ideas for the Hostal. He knows what he wants for the projects which I really helpful as a volunteer! I would recommend that Spanish is very helpful, there is English speakers but Spanish is definitely a bonus! All the staff in the hostel were great and looked after us well. Would love to go back, the island is fantastic too.

The week spent with Yasser and the staff of Casa Moreno was really enjoyable! The accommodation was above and beyond what we expected, incredibly comfy room and the hostel has great facilities including a pool and a fantastic restaurant. Yasser was an excellent host that listened to our suggestions and was engaged with us as volunteers. My one recommendation for future volunteers would be to check in with Yasser at the end of each day and make sure you align with him before the following day. Lastly, I’d like to give a big shout out to the staff at Casa Moreno. They are THE BEST!

the tasks are different depends the needs of the hostel in that moment for us it was help in the decoration of the hostel. Yasser is a really cool guy and the hostel is really beautiful with a kind and helpful staff.

Staying in Yasser's place was nice, it's a pretty chill place with a good view, confortable hammocks and a little garden. A few travelers come by and since the place is chill, a few people are up to interact. Tasks are pretty easy, I've been doing mostly french classes and reception tasks. Staff is always nice and up to help (Spanish is definitely important for the experience!)
And you can get a few advices that are more than welcomed to get around and climb some volcanoes! :)

A very good and pleasant experience to have shared with Arthur, we hope to return soon, although I had no experience was very good teacher of Frances, attentive and very friendly at reception, very good English and Spanish. It has a very good spoon (very rich kitchen). Always willing to collaborate on everything.
