After volunteering in other places, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had!🥺 Dwell is an amazing place to stay, disconnect, and focus on your work or personal projects while you explore the island with the guests and the owners.

The volunteer work is easy to follow and flexible, and the owners are incredibly kind!❤️ I will never forget all the dinners and moments we shared together—every day was a new adventure with amazing people. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the opportunity to stay and help Ania and Charly run this incredible place. 🫶🏻

This was not my first volunteering experience but by far the best I had! Ania & Charly manage this place with their heart. They truly want you to enjoy the island as much as possible! They made me feel comfortable and they are always present to support you! We created a deep and true relationship that was also very special ✨

I got to see all the places I wanted on the island and made so many friends from all over Europe!! On the side I also had some freetime to work on my own project. It’s easy to find balance if you love simple things like swimming in the ocean and in waterfalls 😉

Where do I begin?
Dwell has been the highlight of my travels in Portugal and my favourite volunteering experience. Never would have thought that this place in an little island in the middle of the Atlantic would give me the love, friendships, laughs, support and encouragement that it has. Ania and Charlie are the loveliest hosts, the workload is easy to manage while making time for your own remote work and exploring the beautiful island with your new friends. I always thinking good people make for the best experience, and everyone I've met at Dwell has confirmed it for me. All of my love!

This experience was truly mind blowing. The island is a beautiful&unique place that allows you to live its authentic culture. U’ll have the chance to reconnect with nature and do different activities, like hiking&surfing. Not too much “night life”, but u’ll always be around incredible people, from the guests to the owners. Both Charlie and Ania are open minded people that want to make sure u’re also having a great time. The tasks are simple and they are always available to help u if something is unclear. You’ll socialize and direct the community, so being extroverted is a must! Thank u Dwell❤️

Dwell is an amazing coworking and coliving space with an ocean view where digital nomads can work, reset and restore while being surrounded by amazing people and nature.

I had a great time volunteering here. The owners are awesome people, the space is super nice and the island is beautiful and peaceful.

There are some daily simple maintenance tasks that we can complete on our own time, but there is a checklist that you can follow everyday to make sure you do them. The biggest task is for us to plan activities for the guests such as hikes and dinner nights and make sure them feel welcomed.
