We are a family, and we are happy to meet new people and learn about different cultures. Emprende Verde will provide to our guest with kindness and an open mind. We want to capture suggestions to get better and achieve new projects for helping the ecosystem.

Sandra and Angel are amazing people with a big heart, open mind and they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed!
The Finca is absolutely stunning, in the midst of beautiful nature and animals.
I learned a lot from my time there from cooking, working with plants, substanibility, recycling to the generell living of locals in Costa Rica.
You can find a lot of time to connect with the nature but also with yourself.
Ps: I was happy to bring a moscitonet :)

La finca está rodeada de naturaleza, un paisaje increíble. Angel y Sandra te cuidan desde el primer momento y te hacen sentir bien. Las tareas son en el campo como cosechar, sembrar, ayudar a limpiar la maleza... cualquier cosa que haga falta en ese momento. Aprendes a la vez que disfrutas de la compañía y sabiendo que les estas ayudando en su proyecto. Cualquier otra información me pueden preguntar, pero lo recomiendo totalmente! Un abrazo 💘

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y fueron unas semanas que nunca olvidaré :)
Ángel y Sandra son geniales , te sientes en casa desde el primer día porque te hacen sentir muy bien y querido y se preocupan por ti. Si quieres conectar con la naturaleza y ester cerca de animales es el lugar ideal. Además de que aprendes mucho con los dos de muchas cosas. Gracias por todo de corazón. Ha sido muy especial!

If you keep in mind you are going to work on a farm, this is a great experience. I appreciated the large portions of good food (thank you Sandra) and the flexibility of the schedules. I do have to say who you are with greatly effects your experience there as there aren’t many other people you interact with other than the family and other volunteers. That being said there is also Missy the cat that will always be there to hang out. Overall I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to work on a small farm and learn about Costa Rican culture.

Sandra y Angel son realmente generosos y amables. La finca esta ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo y discreto donde se puede admirar una gran variedad de pájaros asi como pequeños reptiles. Las tareas son un poco físicas pero te devuelven a la forma física. hay que caminar un poco para llegar al pueblo y también hay una cascada muy bonita cerca. ¡Realmente disfruté mi estadía en Emprende Verde! Me alegro de volver. :)
