We crave to keep the environment safe and we wish to have volunteers who will help us in that. We are trying to offer something different to the Montenegrin market, so our product is the complete opposite of what Montenegro is known for. We wish to have like-minded helpers who will help us promote and develop our mindful, green travel products.
Last but not least, we want to support the local community by developing a sense of common advantages in doing travel business without damaging the quality of life. We actually hope to improve the quality of life in the local community and we truly believe that our fellow volunteers could be a perfect role model for this.
We work as a small family team and our goal with new employees, volunteers and guests, is the same - to create a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Everyone who decides to join us can expect a modern, tolerant and acceptive team to work with.

We had a lovely stay at Fitcamp. Andjela is very passionate about this project and I enjoyed being a part of it. The area is absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations were very nice. When the weather allowed we worked outside surrounded by the scenery, moving wood or hay. Thank you for having us Fitcamp!

Andjela and Mati are warm persons and want you to feel at home and help you with everything you need. Use of the kitchen to prepare/cook your food was always very uncomplicated.. like in a nice shared apartment. The dogs are a big plus, they are your companions the whole time. :)
There was little opportunity to be part of the yoga classes and other activities because of the few guests and there wasn't that much to do as some projects aren't progressing.
I can recommend this volunteer position for people who like to disconnect from the city, think ahead and have initiative.

FYI and for informing the rest of the future volunteers - yoga classes are available to the team members when we have guests on the location and organise these activities for them. Best experience ever! They take care of my like I was part of their family always. Being with Andjela, Matija, Aria, Sivi, Risto and the chicken was great.
Only I have to say it’s I’m truly grateful for this experience.
I meat local people, visited places, learn about the culture and the country, went to a football match, and much more.
