-Overall a unique and fun experience! Be super open minded &communicate everything with the coordinator. She is super friendly, flexible, and willing to help.
- Listing says private room for volunteering with monks, but when I arrived there I was told is not. Thankfully, Durga was able to arrange something for me,but ended up volunteering at a different placement.
-Children are super kind & fun! They make you feel as part of the family:)
- Orphanage kept asking for money. Draw boundaries and you’ll be fine.
- Work hours at orphanage are about 35h/week &they expect you to clean and cook
