Beautiful Hostel in the heart of Kea'au! We offer full internet and Wifi hookups for $8/day. We have full service spa next door, and our world-class chef has a reputation that is incomparable!
Each hostel guest will be greeted with a lei, as the hotel next door has free round-trip pick up for all of our paying guests.
We have a lot of extra parking if you rent a car, and the parking stall is included with your minimum 2 day stay.
We are conveniently located on the main thoroughfare Kea'au Bypass Loop near the park, and only 3 blocks walk to the grocery store, library, and the Shops at Kea'au.

Our staff and management are all Certified Hostel and Hotel Training. All our personnel have more than 40 years of hospitality and 5-Star Expertise in our industry. Four of us have come from the local resorts, as well as Jessica and Daniel have both come from having their own successful Hostels in Houston, Texas, and Taos, New Mexico. We are always happy to greet you with a smile :)

I had originally been in contact with Kaleo for months before my flight Into Hilo, Hi . This was my first experience with WP and my first time on the islands so I had made sure to keep contact . We set up a pickup day and had an agreement. A week before my flight he stopped contacting me until a few days before and asked for an itinerary which had already been sent . That was the last time I heard from him . I decided to still fly out and decided to enjoy my time hoping he would contact me upon arrival . Nothing .
It's been weeks and he's sent all my calls to voicemail.

We have not yet opened, and our grand opening offering for volunteers will be on March 27th this month. I'm sure it was just an oversight. We are surely sorry for a negative experience, but I believe this was a misplaced review. -Marguerite
