Excellent experience, it was my first one as volunteer and it was a really good one. I appreciate the work environment and the patient of the staff and hosts, they are intuitive tasks and they respect the work schedules; also ve a really good location in the center of the city.
I truly would recommend this volunteer experience 👍❤️

Excelente lugar para conectar con viajeros y locales.
Hermosa experiencia en el jardin secreto, en una ciudad agitada como Napoles.
Todo el equipo de Hopestel tiene la mejor predisposición para que tu estadía sea buenisima. Hermosa gente y compañeros !

Mi experiencia en Hopestel fue inmejorable, con un grupo humano muy cálido, tanto el staff como el resto de los voluntarios. Todas las instalaciones son muy cómodas y las tareas sencillas. Volvería sin duda a repetir la experiencia 🙌🏼🙌🏼

El tiempo en Hopestel fue increible. El equipo completo se porto excelente con nosotros y en mi caso que precise hacer un estudio medico en la ciudad me ayudaron con todo, desde llamar para reservar mi turno hasta guiarme como llegar y traducirme los resultados. El hostel es tan comodo que invita a pasar mucho tiempo dentro, pero la ciudad es hermosa y esta llena de cosas para hacer. Al ser una ciudad tan cosmopolita los huespedes vienen de todos lados, con lo cual conectamos con personas de todas partes y con todo tipo de trasfondos. Sin dudas voy a volver de estar nuevamente en Napoli!!!

My time at Hopestel was really great! The staff were so kind and patient, and the other volunteers were just so great to be with! The hostel is really beautiful, in a central but less noisy part of Napoli.
The work is easy enough, I worked the day shift and would make sure the garden and hostel were clean and tidy as well as make and serve tea and coffee to guests.
One of the only issues is the sleeping arrangements. The volunteers sleep in a loft above a 10 bed dorm, which means we never really got 100% privacy from guests.
I would definitely recommend volunteering here, lots of love xx
