Learning Lions are very organized and flexible. Jan - the volunteering coordinator is very engaged and makes sure all volunteers get the most out of their experience. The organization is involved in many different projects and there are opportunities for just any kind of expertise, IT being only the tip of the iceberg. You'll get a lot of freedom in choosing what to do. I've spent my time mostly contributing to the learning materials for the students, helping out and mentoring the graduates in their daily tasks, and really just handling anything that came in between.
