Well, it was my first volunteer job in my life, and it was incredible, the place is excellent, right in the center, next to big ben, the London eye, and the accommodation is cozy and very clean and organized.
I definitely recommend it to everyone.
Manuel, Paolo and Davi are great people, always willing to help you, guide you and help you in English if you get stuck when talking, as was my case.
I made great friends that I will cherish for life.

The location is perfect! I walked everywhere, the job is as described, the hours are not long. The hostel is more like a student housing complex, but that did not matter to me:) The boss and managers are really kind, and so are the residents and other travellers:) Would reccomend!

first of all the hostel is in a great place, just a 12 minute walk from the London eye and a 15 minute walk from the shard. the hostel is really clean and silent, so no party hostel. Paolo, David and Manuel the three hosts are really friendly. unfortunately one of the hosts is never ok with Ur work he always wants it to be finished faster which is kinda annoying. also it's hard to get in touch with other people from the hostel because it's not allowed to stay in the kitchen after cooking and eating. it's really nice that the volunteers get an extra 16£ per week for food. 😍

My first experience on worldpackers and I enjoyed every bit of it. The location is amazing as it is really central. Half an hour walk to sightseeing places in London. Train stations and food places nearby.
Paolo is an amazing host and very respectful in communicating and when distributing daily tasks. I met amazing volunteers whom now I call friends and couldn't ask for a better team. Shoutout to my amazing roomate Julian.Some unexpected events happened during volunteering but the team handled it well,just be careful while doing tasks.Overall I recommend this to anyone looking to volunteer.
