Located just a short 30 second walk from Busan Station, most attractions and beaches of the city are accessible in a short time!

With only 2 hours of work per day 5 days a week helping with our daily housekeeping, you are free to do whatever you would like with the rest of your time.

If you can speak at least an intermediate level of Korean, we have receptionist positions available! Please let us know via message if you would like to try~

In exchange for your work, we provide free accomodation, and rice and ramyeon!

All facilities (kitchen, laundry, free wifi and etc. ) are available 24/7.

All the staff are nice and friendly, and are ready to help you with everything you need! It's a great opportunity to meet new people and make some lifelong friends~ Let's have a fun experience in one of Korea's beatiful coastline cities, Busan!

OneWay was my first World Packers experience &I was bummed to not have enjoyed it as much as I had hoped. When I arrived, I introduced myself as the new volunteer & was told to wait at a table. I sat there for 3 hours while the volunteers laughed & chatted amongst each other and made no effort to speak to me or introduce themselves to me. It was clear that the volunteers had been there for a very long time, because they didn’t seem welcoming at all of new people & seemed to have a clique-esque vibe. I ended up going a full 8 days before anyone even spoke to me. It was a lonely experience.

After just a week, it felt like coming home. The smiles, the shared meals, the late-night talks – everything just clicked into place for me. The work is only 2 hours and is quite easy to get the hang of. Of course it's not the most exciting work, but it's just cleaning, right? I had to leave for my flight to Japan way sooner than I would have liked, but I'll definitely try to come back if I get the chance.

I just finished a one month stay in One Way Hostel in Busan, South Corea and would definitely do it again. The vibe of the people in charge is laid back yet professional, the working shifts times are clear and respected which allowed my to make the most of the city and region. The work is easy enough to quickly get the hang of it and I was lucky enough to have coincided with a cool bunch of fellow volunteers on my time there.

Overall a really great experience ! Important to know, we stayed at Kimchee Guesthouse, David’s other guesthouse.

The work is great, it is really convenient, only 2 hours a day. The staff make sure you never work more (!!)
The location is really just perfect.
Kimchee is really great for party people I think!
We extended a little bit.
