We need a Volunteer starting in Mid April to Mid may.

Our hotel is limited to just 5 unique ocean pads. Each have unique features that make them an excellent choice to connect with the natural rhythms of the sea, the sun and stars. Located on Playa Malibu, we offer tranquility in sophisticated style. Our hotel is build on 24 columns, and the waves come under the balcony in high tide.

The hotel is unique in its class. During high tide, you’ll feel like you’re on a boat in the vast ocean. And the stargazing here is better than any binge-worthy program. With a dark night sky and no light pollution, you’ll be amazed at what we consider nightlife here on the secluded strand of Playa Malibu.

As a volunteer you will get a private room and bath.

The scope of the help is mostly "cleaning, gardening" We love matured persons, who love to contribute. All of our workers share the cleaning chores, gardening, cooking, etc. It's easy work. We can also use an artistic person to touch fix wall paintings we have on our walls.

I hated this volunteering, I only stayed 1 day instead of 1 month. I was expecting a nice room with a sea view (because it's the only room that the host had photographed on WP). Instead, it was a small, poorly lit garage with no windows to see the outside. Then, the host tells me that breakfast is served every morning (although in his WP description, it was lunch that was announced). He asked me to wake up at 7 a.m. every morning and refused to tell me why or my work hours. He kicked me out (when I share with him my questions and disappointment) without making sure I had a roof to sleep after.

We have had close to 10 volunteers in the past 3 years. Never have we encountered such a bad volunteer as this one.

1. When she arrived, she claimed she thought she would be staying in our $300 per night Ocean Pads.

2. When we told her that we start our day at 7am, she said, "Why do I have to wake up?"

3. In the morning, she would not come out.

4. No matter what was said to her, her response was always an argument.

We strongly do not recommend this person.

Agradezco la oportunidad y atención de Moti al abrirme no solo las puertas sino la confianza depositada en mi para desempeñar las tareas, atención y el cuidado del Hostel. Es un lugar que se presta para la meditación y autoconocimiento. Agradezco de igual manera el gran apoyo de Kelly, es una persona con la cual platicar y sumamente comprensiva. Puedo afirmar que mis días ahí me ayudaron a reconectarme con una parte muy especial de mi ser. Hasta la próxima! 🤙🏼

Estar en punta malibu me ayudó a pasar más tiempo conmigo misma, es perfecto para concertar con la naturaleza, ver la playa y apreciar los hermosos atardeceres, el lugar está un poco alejado de todo pero sigue siendo hermoso!
Kelly es una gran persona y explica muy bien las labores, el señor Moti es muy amable, me recogió el día de llegada y me lleva al súper por alimentos.
Sin duda sería un lugar al que volvería 🤙✨
Gracias infinitas por hacer que mi primer voluntariado fuera perfecto 😌

Super recomiendo a quienes les guste la playa y la tranquilidad, es un lugar un poco alejado de la ciudad está a 9 km de Coronado sin transporte la mitad del camino. . El trabajo es super sencillo limpiar y aprontar las habitaciones,se mueve algo más los fines de semana . Lo mejor Moti el propietario muy buena persona, compartimos comidas, carnes asadas te lleva al super y al autobus cuando te vás. Kelly es muy buena gente y trabaja en el hotel.

I was almost four weeks in the beautiful hotel of Moti. Since it is off season here, the work was very manageable. You clean the rooms if necessary, do a little gardening and other small things that otherwise arise. If you want to come a little to rest this is the perfect place, it is quiet, the complex is very nice and the beach right outside the door.
(You will not find much action here.)
Moti drives you to the supper whenever you need something. The room has its own bathroom.

I would come back anytime.
