Sitio Passarin
A nice, quiet village situated between two national parks with plenty of options for hiking, climbing, biking and resting as well. Dairy products, eggs and vegetable are the main local production. The area has many clear water waterfalls.

I am a volunteer work enthusiast, cycle activist and Critical Mass participant, cyclotourist and Warm Shower host, backpacker, storyteller for children in hospitals, and owner of a small outdoor gear company.
Recently I left the big city (São Paulo) to fulfill the dream of co-creating a more sustainable way of living in an area of 13.5 hectares. I believe that living and working in a community is a form of well-being and social support, it is an opportunity to make connections and continuous learning.
The objective is to implement an agroforestry system in pasture areas and bio-build a small, very low-cost house using only recycled materials from the region, such as pallets, eucalyptus, mud and grass. Then, co-create a bio-construction model that can be distributed free of charge to the local community. In this way, they will be able to replicate the knowledge acquired and learn from our mistakes, promoting the sustainable development of the region.
