Talk and play with my six-year-old son (home and outdoors in the park), join us on walks, day trips and hikes, help w housekeeping and cooking. Prior experience is an advantage. You genuinely love kids and are willing to do varied tasks on flexible schedule. Early risers only (7AM daily). Required punctuality, attention to detail, native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Swedish, French. This is a homestay.

Ability to work on flexible schedule is essential. NOT compatible with full time student or remote work.
Your job includes all activities connected with the kid: interactive play, proactive language teaching thru play, other teaching activities, dressing, bathing, assisting with meals, etc. THIS IS NOT A BABYSITTING POSITION. Pro-active and interactive approach conductive to teaching is required. Training materials for you and for the child are provided. Your willingness to learn and adjust to the needs of the child is essential. Native-level language fluency in English, Swedish or French is ESSENTIAL.
You are here to help us. We are not here to service you: please tidy up all traces of your presence in our home at all times. Your stay should not disrupt our family routines and your are expected to adjust to them. SNOWFLAKES ARE NOT WELCOME: you must be able to take criticism and adjust as requested.
Vegetarians are warmly welcome. Vegans and gluten-free people are welcome to purchase and prepare their own meals.
You will be expected to spend your free time out of the house: Florence and its surroundings has a lot to offer, while our home is rather small. I will be happy to suggest visits, day trips and external venues for your free time.
