A experiência teve seus altos e baixos! A localização é muito boa pra quem quer ficar próximo dos bairros populares de Lisboa! O Hostel, hóspedes e voluntários também foram muito legais. O ponto alto é que a Bia estava sempre disposta a ajudar quando acontecia alguma chateação. Eu esperava uma relação mais de troca e aprendizado, porém senti mais uma exploração onde ofereceram péssima condições de habitação e a gerente (RQ) chegava a fazer ameaças como colocar todos na rua a qualquer momento.

Best hostel in the hostel by far! I had a really good time, the volunteers and staff were super nice and friendly. From the first moment, Beatriz was super helpful and super nice, answering all my questions and being patient with me, as I had a lot of doubts. I have to say that it is thanks to her that I chose to come to this hostel, and I cannot believe how happy I am to have taken this choice. I was in charge of making the beds in the morning, and it was a easy task. Beatriz and the volunteers were always ready to give me a hand and made sure my stay here was PERFECT :) Muito Obrigado!!

Está foi minha primeira experiência como voluntária e não poderia ter sido em um lugar melhor. o hostel foi ótima e me acolheu não somente como voluntária, mas como pessoa. Obrigada pela experiência!
