Our main program, join our family in a home packed with creativity and inspiration. You'll have access to instruments, art supplies, carpentry, and gardening projects, and meet guests from around the world. Our neighborhood is famous for hippies, the arts, hiking, rock climbing, music and hot springs. It's 45 minutes to a beach, 1 hour from skiing, and 2 hours to the hot springs. Theatre, arts, and music shows every week.

WOW!what a beautiful experience to say the least. If you are on the fence about it, just book it!! This was my first work-trade job and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction into Worldpackers. The management team is amazing and makes you feel welcomed & at home right from the start. The bonds and memories made with fellow staff are ones I know I will cherish forever. There's so much fun to be had in or around the hostel, and when your not adventuring there's always lively conversations, new people, bonfires and so much more going on in the hosel. It was truly an honor , thank you :)

Very appreciative of my experience in the hostel as my first world packers trip. I'm even more grateful of the people I met and the experiences we shared together as people that work at the hostel and those that volunteered were all absolutely wonderful to spend time with. The work isn't difficult and fairly straightforward and everyone is keen to help and easy to work with. the hostel is a very bike able city and many places around the hostel are within walking distance. Great hikes, lakes, and the coast are all within a reasonable distance and are beautiful. No doubt will miss my time spent here.

My only regret is not staying longer. What a special place! The long-term team (managers + maintenance) values your individuality and makes you feel so welcome (plus, they're all hilarious!!) The hostel was cosy and artsy (coolest vibe ever). I ADORED the other Worldpackers I met there. You get four days off to explore the beautiful areas around you - hot springs, big trees, sand dunes, waterfalls...I love Oregon and I love the hostel!!! Apply apply apply!!

ZO. My gosh, all your little gifts are still around the hostel, and we miss your giant onions (literal onions you picked with all the other produce) and lovely personality. You are truly one of a kind.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This was my first work exchange and I couldnt ask for a better place. The managers are great, super communicative and flexible and they are always worried about your experience. I felt super welcomed by the staff, they are amazing people too and and we got along instantly. This place is great for hiking near by (a lot of waterfalls and huge trees!), biking around the city, go to river or just chill in the hostel with the rest of the staff or the guest (they are super cool too). Forever grateful for the experience and the people that i met over there <3
