We offer volunteers an exciting opportunity to live in California and to collaborate on a very unique startup environment. We are on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry by offering flexible accommodation. You will be collaborating on our second location opening of the hotel. You will also have the opportunity to work in our other locations in the future.
We are looking for volunteers who can help us open. In exchange, we can offer accommodation and teach volunteers about entrepreneurship. People interested in hospitality will get hands-on experience on how to open a hostel & start their own business. This is a great opportunity to get experience in the hospitality industry, explore San Francisco, and meet people from all over the world! The Hostel is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhood of San Francisco, Pacific Heights.
As a volunteer, you will have as main responsibilities: check in and check out our guests, solve daily problems – as in systems and with guests, guarantee SOP and clean and maintain common areas as reception and lounges clean and with all amenities.
No overnight visits are allowed.
No smoking or any drug usage inside or around the property and during your shifts
Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am
Limit of 2 luggages.
No pets.
All and any belongings must be kept inside your designated locker.
Staff must keep the staff bathroom and common areas clean and organized at all times.
You will be responsible for washing your own bed sheets, towels, laundry and uniform.
Racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia or religious intolerance will not be tolerated.
All damages to the building or contents will be charged a fee according to company policy.
