We expect travelers to keep our standards high. The position is based on 75% front desk and 25% cleaning. The cleaning part is straightforward and the staff would be properly trained. We provide free equipment such as bicycles, surfboards, beach chairs, wetsuits, and more for the staff so they can have fun and enjoy this beautiful city.

We have a lot of passion for this industry and we are looking for candidates who are on the same page by treating guests well by creating a great atmosphere.

We have 2 locations in San Diego: Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach. We would definitely explain the main differences between both properties during our interview process, however, the position and tasks are the same. You are applying for the Pacific Beach location.

Actividades & Turnos

You will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and taking care of the guests when they are trying to check in and out. We also have a dedicated housekeeper so your responsibilities will NOT include cleaning rooms on a daily basis.

We are looking for a front desk agent. You will be doing the check-in and check-out for the guests and following our daily tasks in order to keep the Hostel operating at a high level. Cleaning for this position is not a lot but super important to keep the Hostel's reputation high regarding this matter. We have a Housekeeper that does most of it but we need the staff to also be efficient so we can always keep our home clean for guests and staff.
