We are looking for volunteers from april till oktober 2022 to work on our awesome surfcamps. As a volunteer you help us run our camp! We like to welcome you because we love to build community. Surfana is a great experience for the ones that want to meet new people and experience “the good life” Camp caddies - making sure our camp looks beautiful all the time and clean the tents after people checked out.

At our surfcamp you are part of a team with surf-minded people and inspiring guests to base life on happiness and pleasure. Our surf school and camp offer surf lessons, rental, events and summer camps for kids, teenagers and adults. Together with the team, which feels like a family, you will make sure guests have an amazing time and experience. We are open from April until September. Apply!
You work for accommodation and food. At the end of the day you chill with the team, eat and drink together or go for a surf session. At night you have a good rest on one of the most beautiful campsites in the Netherlands. If you are up to some hard working & fun times, contact us!
From April until September, we host volunteers. There are different stages in our season:
1. From April till June, it’s still quiet on the campsite, and it can be cold at nights. You will be helping with preparations for the season. There will be around 5 other volunteers alongside around 5 regular workers that also live on the campsite.
2. From June till end of August, it’s getting more crowded on the camp, high season is starting. Summer is on it’s best and there are lots of people to connect with. There will be more than 20 volunteers and a lot of regular workers.
3. From end of August till end of September is getting quite again. High season is over and we start preparing for the winter. There is still plenty of work but not that much people anymore.

We are a place where people go on vacation. We ask you to help us by keeping the camp tidy, behaving properly and assisting when needed. Drugs are not allowed.
