I liked how the course started without assuming previous knowledge of hosteling. While I have stayed at hostels before as a guest, I appreciate learning the perspective of a staff and the dual role of a world packer volunteer at a hostel. The course is short and sweet!

I think these videos are great to help people understand the difference of cultures and how to act and work in a hostel environment and overall volunteer experience
