Bongfarm
By farming away from the city center, we can get the importance, teaching, learning, meaningful meaning, and healing of the food we eat.
Currently, many Koreans are tired of their busy modern work, and everyone seems to be returning to the small village and pursuing their return to farming and rural areas. The boss here is a teacher and coach for those returning to farming and rural areas, and many people pay for it and learn life lessons from him
Currently, the employees who work here feel proud and heal by presenting fruits that have been achieved through their own efforts to people around them

I spent a month at the campsite, and the employers and friends there were all very kind, giving me wonderful memories. The work wasn't too busy, allowing me to experience Korean life more fully. Ji is a very good employer for travelers.

This is a great place to experience Korean countryside. It is calm, quiet and full of nature. Jii is super kind, warm, always ready to help what to see and try in the area. I have created so many wonderful memories with Jii and other worldpackers.

Austeja was such a wonderful Worldpacker! She was incredibly responsible and always put her best effort into everything she did. She is very smart, quick to learn, and always knew what needed to be done.
She was also very thoughtful and observant. Whenever I was working, she would naturally notice what I needed and jump in to help without me even having to ask. She was such a reliable help during her stay.
Please let me know if you ever visit Korea again. I’d love to see you!

I love my time in glamping. Jii is genuinely an amazing person, and every traveler and locals I met there were all incredibly amazing too. Sometimes the work is hard depending on how many guests you have, but most of the time it's relaxing. Jii always makes sure we feel alright during the hard days. I will definitely go back. It has became my happy place now! ;)❤️

You were incredibly responsible, hardworking, and always completed every task quickly and carefully. Even though you arrived during one of our busiest times, you adapted so quickly and helped us so much.

I had a wonderful two-week volunteering experience – one week at the strawberry farm and one week at the glamping site..both were amazing! The farm is well organized: morning work and free afternoons. At the glamping, we cleaned and prepared tents between check-outs/check-ins. It's more remote but peaceful. The Bong family is super kind and Jii took us on a trip and BBQ. Beautiful experience!

Volunteering at Bong Farm has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. What started as a simple exchange quickly became much more now I truly feel I have a new family in Korea. I have a Korean mom and dad, three Korean brothers, and many other brothers and sisters from all around the world who I met here. Bong Farm is not just a place, it's the best spot in Korea if you're looking for a real cultural immersion. Every day is filled with learning, laughter, and genuine connections. The love and care I received here made me feel at home from the very first moment.
