Plamea Hvar
Le bénévolat à Plamea offre une opportunité unique de se connecter à la nature vierge de la baie de Tvrdni Dolac et de Gdinj sur l'île de Hvar, tout en apprenant des pratiques durables telles que la permaculture, les stratégies zéro déchet, le compostage et l'énergie solaire. Vous allez acquérir des connaissances précieuses sur l'agriculture régénératrice et la culture de plantes médicinales indigènes. De plus, vous participerez à divers ateliers, améliorant vos compétences et profitant d'expériences authentiques, le tout dans un environnement calme et relaxant.
À Plamea, notre personnel dédié assure une expérience accueillante et enrichissante pour les bénévoles. Dirigée par Jelena, une professionnelle du tourisme expérimentée, qui gère le développement commercial et les relations avec les invités, et soutenue par Zoran, qui est l'homme à tout faire principal et un gars décontracté, notre équipe assure des opérations sans accroc.
Les bénévoles sont traités comme des membres de la famille, bénéficient d'un hébergement confortable et de repas provenant de notre jardin. Nous offrons un environnement favorable où les bénévoles peuvent apprendre, contribuer de manière significative et acquérir des compétences et expériences précieuses pour un mode de vie durable.

I'd like a lot the project which Jelena and Zoran are following and it was nice to be a part of it. The accommodation was amazing, because of the direct sea view and the beautiful, beautiful nature, which we were living in. I learned some new things, like mixing concrete and building a wall out of stones directly from the nature and to make a fire at a fireplace as well. Jelena cooked some amazing meals, which were so, so delicious and she was baking nearly every day fresh bred, which I enjoyed a lot. They also showed us the highest place of the island which was very impressive. Try it (:

The experience at Jelena and Zoran's place was amazing. We had our own guesthouse that we shared with one other volunteer and the view was just perfect. The work we did was nice but the weather didn't always allow us to work trough since we were working outside building a stonewall. All in all I liked it very much and I would recommend that to others also.

Je Lena and Zoran are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts. They really care about the volunteers and it becomes more of a family dynamic. Their property is absolutely beautiful and you learn so much! I loved my time here.

An experience I will never forget & friends for a lifetime. I'm so happy I applied for this. Jelena and Zoran made me feel truly welcomed and accepted. As they say themselves, house chooses the people, and I really believe it does, as everything felt like it was meant to be. And as for volunteering, I learned a lot, but also discovered how much more I need to learn. I learned a bunch of Croatian words, enjoyed incredible landscapes, tried different types of work, connected both to SMM and gardening, and had more than enough time to relax. Thank you! What an experience! Full of emotions, sharing, and wonderful moments. Here, I've experienced a simple life, connected to my environment, living in the present, here and now. Thank you for everything, truly for everything. Jelena and Zoran welcomed me as a full member of their family, sharing their remarkable hospitality. I've made true friends, and I feel enriched by this experience. This is surely only the beginning of something big, and we will see each other again very soon!
