You must have your own travel insurance. At times the maintenance gets dirty. If you worry about breaking finger nails then don't apply. I will require a helper who is not afraid to begin tasks with little supervision. When not working you can visit explore Langkawi. I am currently anchored near talaga harbour ferry terminal. Don't apply if you can't take a joke or my dry Australian sense of humour. I tend to be politically incorrect.

It was a rich and pleasant experience. Ian is a very nice and patient guy. The work we did was more fun than I anticipated. I learned a lot of stuff through it and I met amazing people onboard. We sailed to different places, and spent most of the time in the middle of the sea. I had so much time to reflect and enjoy the peace. I would absolutely recommend.

This man is both a pleasure to work with and be around. He did many things on my boat and needs very little supervision. He shared in all activities.
Any host would be happy with this clever man. Five stars!

I absolutely loved my time with the boat ! Ian the host is so funny and friendly and will always crack a joke. The days were very chill and about 3-4 hours of work and then we could do what we wanted. we sailed around langkawi and Ian taught me the basics of the boat. Ian is very patient and will explain everything in detail so you won't be wondering what's happening. I would 100% recommend this experience. Thank you Ian for an amazing time !

A young and beautiful woman. Full of energy and wakes up with a smile and encouragement to everyone on my boat. She loves to communicate and listens to others. Her love for life is addictive. I would love to have her back on the boat anytime. I would recommend her to other hosts without question

My first Worldpackers experience — and honestly, I signed up for Worldpackers mainly because of this opportunity, so I'm very happy I did! I spent two weeks with Ian at the marina and then went the boat around Langkawi with him, which was definitely the highlight. I actually enjoyed it so much that I ended up extending my stay. Ian is a really lovely and easy-going person, and I always felt comfortable around him. He will help you out, no matter what problem comes up, and you know you can count on him. We definitely bonded over our shared love for cake and anything sweet 😄 Thanks Ian!!

No joking! Vanessa is a intelligent woman who is GOID with her hands and anticipates what needs to be done with. jobs and does them well without being asked.

After a not so pleasant first experience on Worldpackers, this was my second volunteering and it was better than I had ever imagined. The captain is such a sweetheart and I will carry him, our experiences and his life advice with me forever. The tasks on the boat were easy and fun. I would HIGHLY recommend this volunteer job (even though I would be a bit jealous because I can't wait to sail with him again). See you in Australia, captain! :)

I really enjoyed having this beautiful woman on my boat. She has a intoxicating smile and character . Margot would make a great public relations representative. She asked questions and did all tasks very well. Any host would be happy to have her. I completely disagree with the previous host comments.

I had a very good experience volunteering at the boat. The host is kind, welcoming, and easy to get along with, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. My days were enjoyable and quite dynamic, with a good balance of tasks and free time. I had access to many useful facilities, which made daily life easy. I also learned some the boat basics, which I really appreciated. The host was great company, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Overall, a positive and enriching experience

This man is very quite and polite person. Unfortunately he cut his feet badly and was unable to work for two weeks. When he did get well enough he did maintenance, cleaning and cooking well and with little supervision. Hosts wil be happy with this man
