We're looking for a reliable, easygoing, fun lover helper with good social skills who could be part of our team, would share his knowledge about the city with our guests, show them the nightlife and help them socializing and making new friends here but also don't mind doing some daily cleaning. In exchange, you can stay in the center of Budapest and we'd help you get to know the city, become part of a little community and have an epic time.

Without a doubt, my experience at the hostel was one of the most incredible I've ever had. I would come back anytime! The work schedules are always fair, and Apo, who welcomed me, is the kindest person in the world. Everything was explained clearly, and everyone was very patient with me. Honestly, the tasks are easy to do, and it often doesn't even feel like you're working. The hostel has such a relaxed atmosphere and a real traveler's spirit. It's so easy to make friends! Amazing place with even more amazing people! I had a great time at the hostel and felt at home from the first second. The family-like atmosphere in this hostel is truly one of a kind. The sense of community within the team, as well as with the guests, is something that felt very special to me. The hosts are incredibly sweet and welcoming, very inspiring to meet, and always making sure everyone feels welcomed and comfy :) I'm especially grateful for the people I got to share this time with. The hostel was such an amazing place! It was my first volunteer trip and it went so much better than I could have asked. The tasks are simple and respected, the people there are incredible, and it has a homey vibe. The other volunteers were really great to meet and work with, and the guests were really considerate as well. There was enough time to get around and see things in the city too (also very easy to walk/use public transit). During my time, there were several volunteers that came back to visit, which I think shows how highly this lovely place is regarded :) thank you!!!!!

I would absolutely recommend volunteering at the hostel!! It is so easy to feel at home there, as it is a small hostel with amazing people and colleagues you can call your friends so quickly. Everyone is welcomed with open arms and the vibe is always good. The working hours are very fair and the tasks are easy. Also, the manager Gabor is very friendly and helps out with whatever question you have. You have enough time to socialize with guests and time off to explore the city. I only regret not staying longer!!

I came to the hostel for a few weeks and somehow ended up staying six months. that probably says everything.this place gave me way more than just a bed and volunteering experience. I met a lot of amazing people from all over the world made real friendships, discovered countless life, music events, and and got to see a completely different side of Budapest that I would have never found as a regular tourist. The work was easy, atmosphere was relaxed, and there was also always something happening. The hostel only has 13 beds so it's very cozy. the hostel is great!
