I had a great time at the shelter! Ended up staying 3 weeks and could have stayed more! The hardest part was to say goodbye to the doggos! Everything was as agreed upon. The staff were very welcoming and the work they do is amazing. Thanks Jazmin and everyone involved in that project! Would definitely go back 🐾💕

It was a great experience and it was everything that I expected. If you deeply care for animals and dogs you will have a great time as the 'work' will not feel like work at all and more like playing and taking care of them. At the time I was the only male volunteer there however I felt very included by the other female volunteers. The living conditions are very basic like the whole of south asia but it was quite nice to live that way as it makes you feel very grateful for your comfortable life at home. Overall, I would recommend this experience to any travellers that love dogs :)
