It was my second time volunteering here and I couldn't be more grateful. I met a lot of people during my stay that now I can call friends, and as I said in my previous feedback about the work it can be done in 2 hours if everyone works as a team and you have 6 days off per month, also great location if you like Namba. Thank you so much Jun さん

I spent 6 months at the hostel The location next to Namba Station is unbeatable, with food and entertainment everywhere. Tasks are straightforward and fast when working as a team. We shared an 8-person mixed dorm, so basic respect for shared spaces is key. Thank you for the kindness, helping me with my Japanese, and all the great memories! ✨

I have mixed feelings, so I am giving it 3 stars. The tasks were easy, although sometimes unbalanced. The volunteers were definitely the best part: they became like family and I made great friendships. There were some issues with organisation and cleaning equipment. However, the main problem was an incident with a guest who shouted at, insulted and followed me after I accidentally tried to open his room. I apologized immediately, but was still asked to apologize again. Later, I was denied entry and had to pay for two hotel nights because I no longer felt safe.
