Questo periodo a the farm è stato meraviglioso per me.. il raporto con gli animali, con l'orto e l'aria di Castiadas, che bella esperienza! Maria e Ivo sono persone belissime, aspetto veramente di poter tornare presto. Grazie per tutto :)

Camila é uma pessoa ensolarada, bem educada e pontual. Ela enfrentava todos os dias com alegria, nunca se afastando de qualquer tarefa que lhe fora confiada. Cuidados foram tomados com cuidado e respeito. Estava sempre disponível para avaliar as necessidades do local e não os horários acordados. Igualmente agradáveis são as noites em sua companhia durante as atividades recreativas dos países vizinhos. Eu considero Camila uma boa amiga agora e espero vê-la novamente.

Tive uma ótima experiência! O trabalho é tranquilo, os animais são muito amigáveis ( já sinto saudades de Maia, Giulia, Rosa, Otis, Biuno, Ciaca e todos os outros ♥️) e o lugar é incrível, em meio à natureza e à vida nas montanhas da Sicília. Rosário foi um ótimo anfitrião, sempre preocupado em nos fazer sentir em casa, ainda nos apresentou a cidade e todos os amigos locais! Recomendo à todos esta experiência :)

I'm an engineer, and throughout my career I've discovered that what motivates me most is understanding how people, processes, and environments work, and finding ways to make them more organized, efficient, and enjoyable. In 2019, I decided to take this mindset beyond the corporate world and joined volunteer experiences in Portugal and Italy that completely changed the way I see the world. More than traveling, I learned the value of trust, collaboration, and the meaningful connections built along the way. Today I continue exploring the world while working remotely, helping companies organize processes, structure operations, and turn good ideas into real results. Wherever I am, I try to contribute in the same way: with initiative, respect for people, and attention to detail. I believe the best experiences grow from genuine exchange, every place leaves something with us, and we leave a positive contribution behind wherever we go.
Engineering taught me to think in systems, solve problems, and continuously improve the way things work. More recently, my studies in Organizational Psychology have deepened my understanding of people, communication, and human behavior—skills I value just as much as technical knowledge
For over 15 years I've worked with projects, operations, and process improvement across engineering, technology, and consulting companies in Brazil and Europe. No matter the industry, I've always enjoyed creating structure, improving routines, and helping teams work more effectively.
Travel has become one of the greatest teachers in my life. Through five Worldpackers experiences across Portugal, Italy, and Brazil, I had the opportunity to live with local families, care for guest houses and farms, work alongside people from different cultures, and build friendships that continue long after the journey ends. Every destination has taught me something different—and every experience has reinforced my belief that genuine cultural exchange is one of the best ways to understand the world.
