Bambuda Bocas Town

We are located in a very tourist place which a lot of people want to be. Our location stays over the sea and you the opportunity to chill any time that you are free. Other islands and nature to go and to see how amazing the nature is. Also you will know a lot of people from around the world and make new connections.

Here the first line is about respect. Also we like to listen and receive new ideas so we can learn and share. The volunteers will have their space and to be treated well. Never had any complaint about it. They have space to talk with the manager any time if they have any issues.

My stay at Bambudas was truly special! The facilities were incredibly nice and always well-kept. The hours you are expected to work are very few, and the tasks are genuinely fun. I had plenty of time to explore the hotel or simply relax. It's close to the hotel but in a quiet area. The kitchen, bar, and wait staff are incredible people who I will never forget. Special shoutout to Engel, Josue, Eric, and Joshua for always being so kind, supportive, and friendly. Overall, it is a very nice hostel, and I would highly recommend staying here! This volunteering opportunity is perfect for a social individual who is interested in getting to know other travellers & bringing them together through welcome drinks, local activities, and building genuine connections. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my time at the hostel. The communication could have been a bit more clear at times but overall the expectations were communicated and I understood my duties as a volunteer. Carlos, Engel and Carmen were great mentors and were also very understanding of the unique situation I was in. Overall, I would recommend this volunteer program.

Thank you the hotel for an amazing time! The facility is very nice and well kept. Carlos and Carmen were super kind, welcoming, and open to feedback. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Dimas, Eric, Josue, Adriana, Angie, Edgar, Fedalina, and Joshua. The activities we host are super fun and allows plenty of free time to lounge by the ocean, explore the hotel, and go on excursions. We had incentives to get good reviews and had a lot of fun getting to know the guests through welcome drinks, pub crawls, and carribean dinners. I loved waking up everyday to the ocean view!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The only thing was at first the communication wasn't good and had to figure out the activities and everything on my own but other than that it's amazing. The location is perfect to relax by the beach or party. Everyone who works here from the managers to the restaurant and cleaning staff are incredible! The room and bathroom is also nice and comfy.
