Casa Gregorio Lodge
The Amazon is the biggest rainforest in the world and the indigenous people have managed this ecosystem for centuries. It is a magic opportunity to be immersed in this region with all the people and interactions with travelers from all over the world.
The volunteers are added value for the lodge team of cooks, cleaning staff, guides and admin. The are respected team members and we aim to create a safe and open space to create a nice working environment with different tasks and opportunities.

El alojamiento es el sitio ideal para conectar con la naturaleza y tener una experiencia inmersiva con una autentica comunidad indígena amazonica, durante mi estadía tuve un intercambio multicultural importante, compartiendo constantemente con el staff del alojamiento, la comunidad local y los turistas nacionales y extranjeros que constantemente visitan este lugar, tuve la oportunidad de conocer la selva primaria y secundaria, recorrer en numerables ocasiones el rio amazonas y empaparme de las tradiciones, saberes y costumbres de esta parte del amazonas.

Another great experience. I was mainly working as a translator, and was able to go on many tours, and see and learn quite a lot. The place itself is very unique in that it is firmly and sustainably embedded in the community. Heike is very cool and engaging. It was fulfilling, and the food is great:D. The night sky is incredible. Thanks for the lovely time! One thing to keep in mind, though, for future volunteers: the climate is VERY humid, and your things, and I mean everything, will grow mold, if you've not very careful. I'm talking out of experience:p.

El alojamiento es un lugar muy cómodo, se conecta mucho con la gente local, los anfitriones son muy amables y siempre están prestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites, la comida es rica, las actividades son variadas y sencillas
