Plamea Hvar
Il volontariato presso Plamea offre un'opportunità unica di entrare in contatto con la natura incontaminata della baia di Tvrdni Dolac e di Gdinj sull'isola di Hvar, mentre si imparano pratiche sostenibili come permacultura, strategie zero-waste, compostaggio e energia solare. Avrete preziose intuizioni sull'agricoltura rigenerativa e la coltivazione di piante medicinali autoctone. Inoltre parteciperete a una varietà di workshop, migliorando le vostre competenze e godendo di esperienze autentiche, tutto in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.
Presso Plamea, il nostro staff dedicato garantisce un'esperienza accogliente e arricchente per i volontari. Guidato da Jelena, una professionista del turismo esperta, che si occupa dello sviluppo degli affari e delle relazioni con gli ospiti, e supportato da Zoran, che è il manutentore principale e un tipo rilassato, il nostro team garantisce operazioni senza intoppi.
I volontari sono trattati come familiari, hanno alloggio confortevole e pasti provenienti dal nostro orto. Offriamo un ambiente di supporto in cui i volontari possono imparare, contribuire in modo significativo e acquisire competenze ed esperienze preziose per uno stile di vita sostenibile.

I'd like a lot the project which Jelena and Zoran are following and it was nice to be a part of it. The accommodation was amazing, because of the direct sea view and the beautiful, beautiful nature, which we were living in. I learned some new things, like mixing concrete and building a wall out of stones directly from the nature and to make a fire at a fireplace as well. Jelena cooked some amazing meals, which were so, so delicious and she was baking nearly every day fresh bred, which I enjoyed a lot. They also showed us the highest place of the island which was very impressive. Try it (:

The experience at Jelena and Zoran's place was amazing. We had our own guesthouse that we shared with one other volunteer and the view was just perfect. The work we did was nice but the weather didn't always allow us to work trough since we were working outside building a stonewall. All in all I liked it very much and I would recommend that to others also.

Je Lena and Zoran are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts. They really care about the volunteers and it becomes more of a family dynamic. Their property is absolutely beautiful and you learn so much! I loved my time here.

An experience I will never forget & friends for a lifetime. I'm so happy I applied for this. Jelena and Zoran made me feel truly welcomed and accepted. As they say themselves, house chooses the people, and I really believe it does, as everything felt like it was meant to be. And as for volunteering, I learned a lot, but also discovered how much more I need to learn. I learned a bunch of Croatian words, enjoyed incredible landscapes, tried different types of work, connected both to SMM and gardening, and had more than enough time to relax. Thank you! What an experience! Full of emotions, sharing, and wonderful moments. Here, I've experienced a simple life, connected to my environment, living in the present, here and now. Thank you for everything, truly for everything. Jelena and Zoran welcomed me as a full member of their family, sharing their remarkable hospitality. I've made true friends, and I feel enriched by this experience. This is surely only the beginning of something big, and we will see each other again very soon!
