The Farmacy

New: handyman needed end of March 26. The Farmacy is an organic, sustainable garden project and B&B apartments located in the heart of the Swiss Alps with tons to do and see. Hiking, biking, climbing and Adventure Sports of every kind. The Farmacy is a project that’s goal is to teach sustainability, create community and connect people to where food comes from and it’s true value.
Tasks include Housekeeping cleaning laundry and gardening. Volunteers should be eager to learn these principles and proactively follow them. The work required is physical: gardening, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, help cooking. Note: this is a real volunteer and learning experience. If you are just looking for a free place to stay and cheap travel DON’T come here!

We are kind, tidy, respectful and fun people with a passion for gardening and heirloom vegis. Our focus is on healthy sustainable living & organic gardening. Enjoy home grown food and beautiful nature everywhere around you while learning principles of more sustainable living. Volunteers have a shared dorm room, a shared bathroom and dedicated kitchen, wifi, a bike to use and Info about all the great stuff to see and do here. We take volunteers from late March through October only. We don’t take volunteers with pets or children.
