Rafael is very welcoming and fun. During my stay, I had a room to myself; the tasks were very relaxed, and he also buys the food. The language school offers various courses, and you contribute by using your native language. The accommodation is located in Sabaneta, close to the metro.

Loved the experience and wished I could do it again. Rafael is so passionate about languages and the school he runs is very successful. I was volunteering with my father and he made sure our stay in Medellin was amazing. From arranging Airbnb to buying us food, Rafael gave us amazing hospitality. The work was fun as well as flexible, and creates real social impact.

Rafael es genial, fué muy bien recibida, hace todo para que todos los voluntarios estemos cómodos, no nos falte nada, hagamos actividades y de más. Lo súper recomiendo, me sentí muy cómoda y libre para realizar salidas también, muy reapetuoso y amable. Volveré en algún momento ya que me quedé con ganas de conocer más la ciudad. Muchas gracias 🙌

Rafael hat mich sehr nett aufgenommen und die Stadt gezeigt. Er hat immer Tipps gehabt. Die Arbeitszeiten sind extrem flexibel und gut machbar.

I volonteered 1 week at the home online School with Rafael :). Since the school is based in Venezuela & the students are everywhere, it s only online classes. I taught mostly chinese 3 to 4 h/day Monday to Thursday from my computer. Students were very nice, I enjoyed the experience! Rafael was very welcoming and willing to share his culture. He cooks very well and neighborhood is safe and nice. His home is small. One advice: ask before if you ll have to share a bed with someone. I was surprised and it was not confortable for me. It is not a place for cleaning freaks (: but it s a welcoming home
