I had a really great experience volunteering here. Everything was exactly as described, and the working hours were fair, flexible, and according to what was agreed beforehand. Menna was super kind and helpful throughout my stay. She was always willing to help and make sure everything was going well, which made the experience even better. The accommodation was also great. The room was very comfortable, clean. The location is perfect as a base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this experience to other travellers.

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel Dorm by Ichiro in Kuala Lumpur. The tasks were very simple, mainly helping with guest check-ins and check-outs, which gave me plenty of free time. The hostel is in a great location in Chinatown, has a relaxed atmosphere, and I met some amazing people during my one-month stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chill volunteering experience. Had a great time with the team😊

I enjoyed my stay here — it's in a nice spot in the hostel, with a nice rooftop, however the vibe is very chill. It's not a party hostel, and management is very relaxed. You're mostly there to help co-ordinate events (when you can), and help relieve the other volunteers, who primarily handles reception. Hours are flexible, and the work is quite easy/relaxed. You won't have to do any cleaning (they have staff for that), so it's mostly a matter of helping out, however you can.
