I had a wonderful experience volunteering at this hostel. Everything was great and everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming. It felt like a small family, which made my stay even more special. A big thank you to Marco for creating such a warm and comfortable environment and for all the help and support. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back again!

I had so much fun at the guest house, so much so I decided to extend my stay! The tasks and hours are very simple and fair, you definitely have enough time to explore Palermo! The room is clean and so is the bathroom, I would definitely recommend this experience!

Palermo was nice. i enjoyed the city and i really liked meeting the other volunteers. i'm not sure that i felt super respected by the host. ask a lot of questions because he is unclear with what he wants done and then will get annoyed with you for being wrong

Accommodation was run down and not the same as online, i would not recommend as the work environment is very hostile and Marco talks to volunteers with no respect, i was with two other volunteers one left same day as me and other left shortly after because of this, i find it strange this hostel only accepts female volunteers and i strongly felt Marco doesn't respect women, i did not feel comfortable around him.
