Currently we are seeking a chef for the new healthy bar breakfast menu & snacks in the afternoon, people decorating & painting the place, transforming it into a short time home for all international and national travelers, as well as tasks at the reception, housekeeping & general maintenance. It won't get boring; we do our best for you to enjoy & promise a good time in the city center of Banos. Fresh & new ideas are always appreciated & welcome.

I absolutely loved this experience, my trip was unfortunately cut short but Henry was very understanding and helped me as much as possible, which is really appreciated. The work is fun and I met so many amazing people through it; I can't wait to go back and visit. Thank you Henry!

I can't say very much but thank you to the hostel and its host Henry. I had a great time as a first-time volunteer. The tasks are really easy to complete and they are very flexible with your schedule. After my time there as volunteer ended, I stood for a couple of days just because of the vibe and the great people I met there. 100% recommended to go as a volunteer or just for vacay.

The team and especially manager Andrés is very welcoming and helps you with everything you need. There is two different shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You just have to do one of these. The tasks are easy and in the morning there is a lot of relaxing. You meet a lot of new people an can practice English an Spanish. We lived in an apartment near the Hostel together with the other workers. That was the one thing, that was not super great. It was not super clean, but has a good kitchen. So if we needed something, we could talk to Andrés the whole time without any problems.

The team and especially manager Andrés is very welcoming and helps you with everything you need. There is two different shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You just have to do one of course. The tasks are easy and the working at the bar is fun. You meet a lot of new people and can practice speaking English and Spanish. We lived in an apartment nearby the hostel together with the other workers. This the only thing that could be improved. The Apartment is not super clean but has a nice kitchen and solid bedrooms. Also if you need anything you can talk to Andrés. Thank you
